where are you located?

I am located at 200 E Main Street, Suite 201 in Clayton, NC. The entrance is on the Church Street side of the building, across from True North Yoga. Just a heads up, in order to get to my office, you must go up one flight of stairs! I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

what should i do when i arrive?

Using the door on the Church Street Side of the building, you will go up one flight up stairs. At the top is a small waiting room. Just have a seat and make yourself comfortable there and I will be out to greet you and bring you back at our appointment time, if not shortly before. If you need to use the restroom, it is just down the hall to the left.

what forms of payment do you take?

At this time, I am accepting cash, credit or debit, Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle.

When should i arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive about 5 to 10 minutes early for your appointment in order to allow time for you to get settled, use the restroom, and for a brief intake before the session begins.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments that are cancelled without at least 24 hour notice are subject to the full service price. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to anything other than illness or emergencies, please do so with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged the full service price. All no shows will be charged full price. I will not charge for cancellation due to illness, so in the unfortunate event that you are feeling ill, please reach out ASAP in order to reschedule.

what if i am running late to my appointment?

If you are running late for your appointment, reach out as soon as possible. Service time runs from the start time of your appointment and will end at the duration of your purchased time. For example, if your 60 minute appointment is for 5:00 pm and you arrive at 5:05, the service will still end at 6:00. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, I ask that you reschedule so you can get your full service time you are being charged for.

What do I wear during the massage?

After a brief verbal intake, I will take leave of the room, giving you a moment to undress to your level of comfort (underwear on or off). You will be professionally draped at all times during the session, laying under a sheet with only the body part being worked on exposed at a time, so whatever makes you comfortable is what you are welcome to wear.
